By accessing or using altamixconcrete.com (the “Site”), operated by AltaMix Concrete LTD (“AltaMix,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site; copy or scrape its content without permission; or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.
3. Our Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by AltaMix Concrete LTD or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
4. Information, Not a Binding Offer
Content on the Site — including descriptions of our precast concrete products and delivery, and any specifications — is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding quote, offer, or professional advice. Quotes are provided separately and confirmed in writing.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites, including our sister company Onsite Concrete. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALTAMIX CONCRETE LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AltaMix Concrete LTD against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
