Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 20, 2026
AltaMix Concrete LTD (“AltaMix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates altamixconcrete.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our products and services:
- Information you provide. When you submit our contact or quote form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the product or service you are interested in, and the details you include in your message.
- Information collected automatically.Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (for example, your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request) for security, troubleshooting, and reliability. We also collect anonymous, aggregated usage data through Vercel Web Analytics — a cookieless tool that does not identify you or track you across other sites (see “Cookies and Analytics” below). The page you contacted us from and the time of your submission are sent along with your enquiry.
- We do not collect payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through this website.
2. Why We Use It
We use your information to: respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes; provide, schedule, and improve our precast concrete products and delivery; contact you about your request; and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not use your information for unrelated purposes without your consent, and we do not send marketing emails.
3. Consent
By submitting information through our site, you consent to its use as described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see Contact Us below); please note this may affect our ability to provide a quote or service.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our website is used — for example, which pages are visited most. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personal information. The data is anonymous and aggregated. Because no tracking cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or other cross-site tracking tools.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our website and handle enquiries — currently Google (which processes our contact-form submissions, stores them in a private spreadsheet, and delivers our notification email) and Vercel (which hosts our website) — and only as needed for those services, or where we are required to do so by law.
6. How We Protect It
We protect personal information with reasonable physical, organizational, and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited, access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it; and
- withdraw your consent to our use of it.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
8. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to other websites, such as our sister company Onsite Concrete. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites; please review their policies.
9. Privacy of Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Where Your Information Is Processed
Your information may be stored or processed outside your province or country — for example, our hosting and form providers (Vercel and Google) may process data on servers located in the United States. Where information crosses borders, comparable protection applies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
